一個新開始

每天從自己做起，從小事做起，聚焦正能量，許自己和孩子一個好的未來。

我的今天從暖暖的八寶粥，嬌嫩新鮮的玫瑰，口齒留香的莓子和幹果開始。希望我的狗狗就一直是個嬌憨的寵物，而不是我倚重的保安。希望安寧自由自足的生活一直延續。

昨天是我第一次投票，我知道自己的投票和我們州的結果會完全相反，但是我還是鄭重投上自己的一票，發出自己的聲音。昨晚也是我們家第一次討論有關選舉的話題。現在的感觸就像下麵臉書網友所說。希望都從自己做起，這個世界就會越來越好。希望勞動的人都有飯吃，真正需要照顧的人可以得到照顧。

A few years ago amongst being faced with many life struggles, I made a promise to myself to be the change I wanted to see in the world and that I would focus on the good in my life at all costs.

More people need to shut off the cable TV, put down the biased newspapers, log out of brain washing social media and really look at all the good that surrounds you. If you choose to see the negative in life that is exactly what will manifest for you, negative.

Instead find and focus on the positive, make real life changes in your own little world. It makes all the difference, try it and see.
