　　Sophia不能不說是Proper-Sheppard一個人的樂隊。Proper-Sheppard是The God Machine樂隊的前主創，核心人物。自從The God Machine樂隊的貝司手死後，Proper-Sheppard就組建了Sophia。準確的說Sophia是由Proper-Sheppard和 the Sophia collective組成的。Proper-Sheppard自己在95年組建了The Flower Shop廠牌，the Sophia collective裏就有不少這個廠牌裏的歌手藝人。當你在myspace上看到the Sophia collective的陣容時，你就會知道Sophia這個樂隊是多麽的龐大了。Sophia的所有專輯都是在Proper-Sheppard自己的 The Flower Shop廠牌下發行的。從音樂形式上來看，你不得不承認Proper-Sheppard和他的Sophia真的是太有才華了，聽他們的音樂真的是一種享受，一支感性無比卻又充滿悲情的樂隊。
