英文自由體詩歌習作: A New Girl in the Town

"We have a new girl in the town!"
Her shining hair, brunette, her charming eyes, brown.
"What a wonderful girl!
"How lucky we are!"
"What a sweet-heart we have found."

She is singing with a beautiful sound,
She is dancing with joy around and around.
Until, some day, some one suddenly says to the crowd:
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
"We have a new girl in the town!"

Yes, another new girl.
A new girl, an old new girl, a new new girl,
So forth and so on, come and gone.


說明:
從來非常羨慕那些能用非母語寫作的人. 現在已經有很多中國人在海外用各種西文發表了作品.這裏也有一些英文和法文寫的詩作.雖然不是古典的Ode, Sonnet, Stanza,但是已經難能可貴了.

就詩歌來說,中國人與外來的東西交流甚多,大唐的很多詞曲譜子來自西域.近代有了一些像我們現在這樣,直接接觸了西方文學,詩歌的人.百多年前他們的文字功夫還是古文,故此見過有人用蝶戀花,還是什麽詞牌,譯過Longfellow的詩歌.

來此網的人大多是在海外的人,有些已經住了很久.希望能看到更多用西文寫的詩歌.拋磚引玉,本人拿可能隻有這裏初小或高小水平的東西,見笑大家.
