the denial letter said none of the criterion is met. no RFE
EB2 140 was approved few months ago. 485 based the EB2 140 is pending.
因為eb2排期原因，不知是否應該appeal eb1a? 請大家出點建議。
1. 如果從現在的工作離開，是不是140及其485就自動作廢？還是說180天後就無所謂了？
2. denial letter said all appeals will be sent to AAO. Does it mean chance
of success is very slim?
3. What is the difference of operation and consequence between appeal and motion to reconsider/reopen? Can I attach additional publication and awards(since last application)
4. 我現在就是覺得既然eb2 140已經approved，是否值得花功夫在eb1a上。請大家給我分析一下利弊，如果我不appeal，也不reapply.
