You are what you eat and you are what you wear.

I had a lunch date with a few of my old friends two days ago, one of them whom I have not seen for more than two years gave me a big surprise - seeing her became a total brand new person – a firmer body and a big smile and a balance out outfit:

A two tone pencil skirt blooms into a silky blouse whose poufy sleeves are very au courant, plus a pair fantastic Mary Jane.

She has been in a nutrition and exercise plan for a while and she is very careful when comes to choose what she wears now comparing from her previous signature style- unfitted shirt and two sizes too bigger pants, according her comments.

She is a prefect example of what I always believe:

You are what you eat and you are what you wear.

How we dress send a message about who we are or at the least how you treat yourself and how we want the world to perceive us.
It is not easy. it has to do with the amount of effort you put into looking nice and presentable to the world. At the very least, it is an act of courtesy to others to look nice and not sloppy.

It requires dedication and discipline to put together an outfit which tells about you, and for others to better understand your standard for quality, taste and styles. You don’t have to be super rich or have a model figure, all you to do is try to find the following in your closets: high heels in classic colors, tight fitted V-neck sweaters and skirts -- above the knee or ankles, nothing in between. Also, guys always love a great pair of fitted jeans; do the final touches to your outfit by accessorizing with earrings, necklace and bracelet. Don't forget to accent your skirt with a belt and apply some makeup for a full effect; oh, the last but not least  – a killer handbag.
