N年前一個朋友推薦這首歌給我，當時怎麽也無法理解這首歌的真正含義，而且覺得這種平淡的歌很難唱出彩。2009年有幸去看了由Catherine Zeta-Jones 主演的這部百老匯音樂劇，這才對此歌的背景和內涵有了進一步的理解。這是一首刻畫人物複雜內心世界的歌曲。當女主人公Desiree 被男主人公Fredrik婉言拒絕後，交織著悔恨，自嘲，寂寞和傷感的複雜心情，女主人公自言自語般地唱起了這首歌。。。

BTW, Catherine Zeta-Jones 真的好漂亮啊！舞台上的她光豔照人，本人比鏡頭裏更美。她的表演和歌聲將人物的內心世界刻畫得入木三分，令人難忘。

但錄好後不是很滿意，一直壓在箱底，隻給那一個朋友聽過。今天是個好日子（有意外的驚喜和預定的慶祝），早晨就想著下班回來唱首“好日子”與大家分享喜悅，但一頓火鍋下肚唱不出來了，時間也太倉促了。就把這首陳年老貨翻出來曬曬吧。雖然氣氛不太相符，但也算給自己留個紀念吧～～
