王稼祥首次提出“毛澤東思想”

1943年7月5日，王稼祥發表《中國共產黨與中國民族解放的道路》，紀念共產黨成立22周年和抗戰6周年。在這篇文章裏，王稼祥率先提出了“毛澤東思想”的概念，王稼祥認為中國共產黨22年的曆史，是為爭取中國民族解放的鬥爭史，也是尋找、確定和充實中國民族正確道路的曆史。

世界上第一件比基尼泳裝麵世

 

1946年7月5日，法國設計師Louis Réard在巴黎推出了大膽的“兩片式”泳衣。Réard將其稱為“比基尼”，靈感來自本周早些時候在太平洋比基尼環礁上進行的美國原子測試新聞。

On July 5, 1946, French designer Louis Réard unveils a daring two-piece swimsuit at the Piscine Molitor, a popular swimming pool in Paris. Parisian showgirl Micheline Bernardini modeled the new fashion, which Réard dubbed “bikini,” inspired by a news-making U.S. atomic test that took place off the Bikini Atoll in the Pacific Ocean earlier that week.

On July 5, 1996, Dolly the sheep—the first mammal to have been successfully cloned from an adult cell—is born at the Roslin Institute in Scotland.
