2011年4月29日，英國倫敦，威廉王子在威斯敏斯特教堂與凱特·米德爾頓舉行了盛大的王室婚禮。當地時間11時,英國威廉王子與攜手相戀多年的女友凱特·米德爾頓，正式步入婚姻殿堂，舉辦一場新世紀的“童話婚禮”。

 

 

準王妃凱特·米德爾頓的婚紗的尾部不算太長越7.6米，算是正常的長度，但看起來想當完美。整個婚紗呈象牙白，兩肩有蕾絲點綴，可看到凱特香肩。婚紗設計師是莎拉·伯頓（Sarah Burton），他就是此前有傳媒透露的哪位神秘設計師，是麥昆旗下的當紅人物。

After the ceremony, the couple will travel by horse-drawn carriage to Buckingham Palace. The route will take them through Parliament Square, to Whitehall, down Horse Guards Parade, to the Mall and then end at the palace. It took Charles at Diana about an hour to reach the Palace from St. Paul’s Cathedral along a similar route, but this time it will be just 15 minutes.

After catching their breath at the palace, the couple, and the royal family will make an appearance on the balcony, and the couple will share a kiss.

There will be a flyover of Buckingham Palace by the RAF.

Next, the queen will host a lunchtime reception at the palace. Six-hundred and fifty guests have been invited to the reception.
