亂彈美景新聞: Japanese unveils $150 billion stimulus plan

1. Japan plans to call for 15 trillion yen($150billion) in government spending to lift its economy from a painful recession brought by his partner Amercians.
2. The package is equivalent to about 3 percent of Japan's GDP
3. Japan's GDP shrank an alarming annual rate of 12.1 percent in 4^th quarter last year
4. The plan is worth 57 trillion yen overall, and the biggest in its history
5. The target is to increase domestic demand by at least 40 trillion yen within 3 years and add 1.4 million to 2 million new jobs
6. Japan also wants to lift its GDP by 120 trillion yen and create 4 million jobs by 2020.
