interest rate for super-confirming loan?

What is the interest rate for 30-year super-confirming loan? I know it is changing everyday, but can I have a general idea?

The loan amount is about $600K. I am in CA. I am not sure whether I should go with two loans or one super-confirming loan. Please share your advice!
