Bipolar I Disorder, Most Recent Episode Manic一型雙向情感障礙,最近期有躁狂發作

A. Currently (or most recently) in a Manic Episode.正在或最近期有躁狂發作

 B. There has previously been at least one Major Depressive Episode, Manic Episode, or Mixed Episode.
之前至少有一次嚴重憂鬱發作,一次躁狂發作或混合發作.

C. The mood episodes in Criteria A and B are not better accounted for by Schizoaffective Disorder and are not superimposed on Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Delusional Disorder, or Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.
以上的情感障礙發作不是因情感分裂型障礙引起,也不是疊加的精神分裂症,精神分裂性質的障礙,妄想性障礙或一些其它的精神疾病的症狀.

A. Currently (or most recently) in a Mixed Episode. 正在或最近有混合發作

B. There has previously been at least one Major Depressive Episode, Manic Episode, or Mixed Episode.
之前至少有一次嚴重憂鬱發作,一次躁狂發作或混合發作.

C. The mood episodes in Criteria A and B are not better accounted for by  Schizoaffective Disorder and are not superimposed on Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform Disorder, Delusional Disorder, or Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.

A. Currently (or most recently) in a Major Depressive Episode.正在或最近有嚴重憂鬱發作

B. There has previously been at least one Manic Episode or Mixed Episode.
之前至少有一次嚴重憂鬱發作,一次躁狂發作或混合發作.
