Thanks for the quick response, and I feel a little relieved now. However, I am not sure if I fully understand the reason to re-instate H1B. I have used H1B for only 3 years. And now the H1B was expired, and I am current in the process of EAD and AP application. Should I apply H1B now or wait for my EAD approved? And could you explain a little more how the re-instatement of my H1B is going to help my I485 application? If I apply H1B, do I need a new quota? Thank you very much!
