It depends why you bought it at the first place. If you just bought it for a short term trade, you can sell it whenever you feel profit is acceptable and it is already a good trade. If you bought it because you think it is going to be a big story company which will last for years to come, you should add your position, not selling it. As long as the story doesn't change, you should not change.
