特斯拉上海：to complete Model Y and Model 3 line upgrades early August

 

Tesla China is going for an annual output of one million cars per year, as highlighted by the company’s efforts to upgrade its Model Y and Model 3 production lines this coming July. The upgrades to Giga Shanghai are expected to be completed in early August, according to recent reports. 

Tesla China is already playing a significant role in the company’s overall vehicle production output. Last year alone, Giga Shanghai’s deliveries reached 484,130 vehicles, up 235% year-over-year. This translated to over 50% of Tesla’s global deliveries in 2021.
