TD waterhouse 開始降低交易費到$9.99

從九月份開始，TD waterhouse 開始降低交易費到$9.99, 如果帳號上有超過十萬資金。所以我準備作如下調整。

RESP account - TD efunds
RRSP account - TD efunds and other actively managed Mutual funds
SRRSP account - ETF and stocks, mainly Canadian stocks

One of the principles is to diversify in styles. This change fits in this goal. I also have a IRA account in US. that account is for ETF and US stocks.
