(1)。西紅柿醬
把西紅柿切成小塊,盛在瓶子裏蒸半小時,放涼,馬上蓋蓋子,密封保存在陰涼處。
做了五瓶,左邊是黃西紅柿

西紅柿醬做炸醬麵好。
(2)速凍西紅柿 將西紅柿切成大拇指大小的塊,放在baking sheet上,放入冰箱中冷凍。

12小時後,取出,掰成手大小的凍塊,

放袋裏,再放回冰箱冷凍箱。每次吃時,取出一小塊。這是十多斤西紅柿。
