The talk is failed, which is not good for both. YHOO will go down hard for 3 reasons: new buyout will come very later, shareholders very disppointed, traders like us will be washed out.
However MSFT will NOT go up also, because MSFT really need to involve in internet, the failed talk is also the failure for MSFT. If MSFT goes up higher on Monday, sell it, and it will go down to touch 200 MA again in the near future.
WS know the economy is not severe like many people talk before, but not good also, just falt, and slow go up. Now most people try to chase the high, then it is time for MM to sell their share now.
Monday is a down day, May is a sell month.
