自小立誌成為消防員的佑(王喜)與好友拔(鄭敬基)及興(錢嘉樂)一同投考消防訓練學校，在校內結識了沉默寡言的柏(古天樂)、外剛內柔的瑤(關詠荷)及富家子基(鄧兆尊)，彼此成為好友。

　　各人畢業後，分別加入不同的消防局。佑、拔、興及瑤等獲派往由消防精英峰(李子雄)指揮的消防局，而柏則獲派駐長洲。佑得峰賞識，兩人亦師亦友。直到佑母突病危，佑才發現與峰乃同父異母的兄弟。佑工作表現出色，鋒芒蓋過峰，後峰因犯錯而被逼辭職，加上他發現心愛的瑤竟鍾情於佑，兄弟關係勢成水火。

　　另方麵，柏與女消防員翠(梁崢)發生感情，但翠卻是其兄逸(鄭子誠)的女友，三人陷入糾纏不清的三角戀情……


注:本人非常喜歡這部，由於這部，才知道王喜，特別是他的小眼睛！第二部近期上傳！期待今年的第三部！
