識別中風的簡單步驟

最近因為一位經常聯絡的網友突然生病，而她的家人隻是覺得她怎麽突然間說話有的怪怪的（語無倫次），並沒放在心上，導致最後送去急診。。。。。。

現代人營養過剩，“三高"（高血壓，高血脂，高血糖）人士的隊伍也是日益壯大。
多留一點心，照顧和自己及家人則是最好的愛。

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
有時中風的現象很難辨識因而造成大不幸 中風的患者腦子受到嚴重破壞而四周得人無法察覺

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
醫生說：旁人可以問三個簡單的問題來確認對方是否中風

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
S: 要求患者笑

T *Ask the person to TALK and
SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
T: 要求患者說一句簡單的話 （有條理的）

R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS...
R: 要求患者舉起雙手

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
如果患者無法做到三項中的任一項 快打 救急電話並告知患者的徵狀

NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue... If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke.
注意: 中風的另一徵象是請患者申出舌頭時舌頭彎曲且偏向左或右任一邊

中風也會引起麵癱的。
冬天是中風高發季節，要注意稀釋血液和祛淤。
