Instructions

8. put the two doughs together by the oil side next to each other.
9. roll to one big thin 餅(bing).
10. heat the pant on medium.
11. put 餅(bing) in the pan without oil and cover it up.
12. wait till the 餅(bing) start to make bobble in the middle and the bottom should be some brown.
13. flap it over and cover the pan to cook the other side of the 餅(bing).
14. it's ready when both sides turned light brown.
15. store the 餅(bing) in a container with cover and put a paper towel on the container's bottom
16. repeat step 8 to make the next 餅(bing) during step 12, 13.
17. repeat above till all the doughs are cooked.

Tips
1. Use dry fours to prevent the dough from sticking to the working surface.
2. keep the 餅(bing) covered most of the time during cooking or stored.
3. Electric pan is easier to control the temperature and adjust the temperature accordingly.
