Fried egg 煎雞蛋
Ingredients
Eggs 3
Cold water 1 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
vegetable (olive) oil 1.5 tbsp
Instructions
Beat the eggs well with water and salt in a bowl.
Preheat a clean stainless steel or nonstick pan on high to hot.
Put oil.
Pull the egg_mix. Turn it over when the its bottom turn to light brown.
Remove the pan when it's solid. Turn off the stove.
