My baby boy just quit daycare.

My son went to daycare 1 and a half months ago. At that time, I came here to ask questions and sisters kindly helped me. I worried a lot when he started and sadly, my worries turned true.
My boy was 11 months at that time. He was always happy and looks strong too. Well, he is a happy baby. He didn't cry at all in the daycare. He smiles to the teachers and the kids. He eats well and sleeps well, thanks to the nice teachers. I would say it is a good daycare.
The bad thing is, my son was always sick since he started daycare.
He was in the daycare for 2 days, Vomit and diarrhea-- stomach flu for 1 week, rest at home.
He was back in the daycare again, for 2 days, high fever and cough-- pneumonia for 2 weeks, rest at home. Antibiotic for 10 days.
He was back in the daycare again, and I was in tears a lot. It's a little bit better this time, cough and runny nose, no high fever-- sinus infection and ear infection, rest at home. Antibiotic for 10 days.
Another thing is, my son couldn't walk, or stand by himself. Because he was sick and weak, he couldn't practice for the last month. He lost weight so quickly when he had stomach flu and pneumonia that I found his arms shrink in 1 day. I cried every time I think about this.
Finally we found a babysitter for him. This grandma takes care of him now. I am sure he won't get sick that much and I hope that he can learn to walk soon.
I always thought that daycare is better. Babies can play together and learn stuff. Now my opinion is, every baby is different. My son is not ready for daycare, physically. I will wait for sometime, going to send him to daycare when he is 2 or 3. Is this a good idea?
For sisters who sent to is going to send babies to daycare, there are chances that you little ones will do just fine. And for those who worries about babies crying, maybe you kids will surprise you.
