　　抗日戰爭爆發的上海是冒險家的樂園，各國間諜雲集，各黨派都在上海秘密設立了情報中心，極力拉攏熱血青年加入，使得許多年少不經事的青年人誤入歧途。
　　熱血青年鍾曉霞在一個偶然的機會，被一個名叫醒獅社的間諜組織吸收，經過幾年血雨腥風的拚殺磨練，她成為了一名身手了得的特工。
　　醒獅社對內聲稱是國民黨軍統的一個分支機構，其實它是上海黑幫與外國勢力合辦的一個秘密間諜組織，他們充當殺手、倒賣軍火、販賣毒品、走私文物，是一夥唯利是圖，大發國難財的亡命之徒。
　　鍾曉霞由於向未婚夫--法國人雷諾，坦白了自己的特工身份，使雷諾被組織滅口。為了給雷諾報仇，消滅醒獅社，她暗地裏投奔了軍統，成為軍統和醒獅的雙重間諜。
　　但出乎鍾曉霞的意料，她父親鍾慶義竟然是打入軍統和醒獅社的地下黨員；她已死去多年的母親，高級特工金玉淑也奇跡般複活，現身上海……
　　一家三口各為其主，生死對陣，劍拔弩張，相互臥底，矛盾、黨派之爭麵前、夫與妻、母與女、情與愛的離奇故事。
