dear friends
there is nothing more interesting exciting inspiring
enlightening encouraging than talking
about poetry it is more interesting
than talking about stock market or polics
or clothing or housing or eating
even more interesting than talking
about sex haha just kidding
it is interesting because
i don't know what "poetry" is
who knows?
isn't that why we keeping reading
writing poetry? well, we seem to know
a little bit about poetry
like we know about other "things"
such as love
do we know about "love?"
the more i think about poetry
the less i seem to know what it really is
what is a word?
what is a sentence?
what is love?
what is a tear?
what is everything?
a poem is a song
but it is often sung from someone's heart
not mouth only
maybe that is why poetry can be
complicated because it is about
the business of heart
heart, not as what a surgeon tells us
or a heartless smartass who
seems to know everything
a poet usually follows his/her heart
not much of his/her logically trained traditionally polluted brain
so, when a poem comes it is sung from the heart
regardless all the non-heart business
i sing my heart
who am i?
a male, a chinese, a chinese-american, a tax payer
a blue domer, a air breather, a nature lover,
a animal lover, a word lover, a war hater,
a poetry lover, a beauty lover, a water lover,
an ink lover, a book lover, a silence lover,
a night lover, a man with a heart, a man
with a brain, a man with a voice, a man
with a penis
what does that mean?
that means
i cannot write pretending i don't have
a penis
cannot write predtending i don't have
a heart, a voice, an opinion
or something sharp to poke through
the thin film wrapped over the shitball
of the 2nd hand generationally recycled
this and that
we cannot escape ourselves
especially when it comes to poetry
poetry shows who you are
not hiding whichever side you want to hide
poetry should not be perfect
poetry should be simple as a working man
a man honest about what he does
a man pround to labor with his mind
a man dare to say whatever has meaning to him
a woman can do even more than a man
this is not about s.e.x
sex is boring
sex is really like eating
you eat when you are hungry
that is all there is to it
but again
the heart
heart is not easy to be analysed
hearts need to be opened
like the infant's new eyes
opened for the first time
to the world
we are not that different
from an infant if
we are willing to give the heart
a chance
a window
a place
and hopefully another heart
to feel the wonderful loneliness
in a wonderful place
called poetry

Long time no see. I have been super busy and have forgotten about your poetry. Feel tired and suddenly remembered to pay a visit to your block. You speak from your heart! Agree with you that one can't analyze the other's heart. I had been paid to do so, but doesn't like the idea much. It is also not easy to make the others open their heart. All I can do is to feel the others hearts. It has been a very rewarding experiences for me.
Again thanks for the writing. (You may not have chance to go back and spot my feedback. It doesn't matter much as long as I wrote the feedback from my heart. :)

您沒發來這個資料之前，我正和一位仁兄討論得“熱火朝天”，請看“俗話說[2]”中的評論，這位仁兄對出了我還挺佩服的一聯。我相信還有更好的，但我個人不喜歡對對聯。再謝“天涯海角”！
作舟，請原諒我在您軒中“惹事生非”，我喜歡詩歌大大超過對聯。
對聯講究對仗因而給我不是很自由的感覺。
詩歌自由自在，更別提其他的美妙之處，所以我喜歡詩歌多很多很多...
如果有很多人來您軒中談詩歌，我一定要來湊熱鬧，過過談詩論藝的癮:)
上次也是因為不喜歡那一對聯才瞎批了一通。沒想到引出這麽多好玩來:)
