question about collection.

我在我的 credit report 上發現有個 medical department 的collection.不知道是哪一家的，問 credit report 的公司也不告訴我。 之前沒人說要 file collection，我也不知道欠誰的錢，為什麽欠的。我該怎麽辦呢？
