枸杞山藥(艾大拿方子):
糖醋汁-- 白醋裏放白糖提前一小時泡上。
構杞泡水洗淨。山藥去皮切片。
山藥下鍋急火翻炒。放鹽少許,加構杞。炒片刻加糖醋汁。 再翻幾下出鍋。

京醬肉絲(艾大拿方子):
用的是甜麵醬做的. 那一合辣醬是我為吃素的朋友準備的. 可以用黃瓜沾著吃.結果大家發現加在肉和餅裏也好吃. 歪打正著:-)
Ok. 現在說作法:
食材:油,韓國辣醬, 雞蛋。
。 我把醬炸了一下放點水 --  鍋裏放油(像平常炒菜的量)燒熱。下辣醬 急炒 再放水大概一倍的水。翻炒一分鍾
。 打了一個雞蛋在裏麵.

酸菜粉絲白肉湯

酸菜白肉的作法(艾大拿方子):
食材:酸菜(北方的)。五花肉一條。豬脊骨一包。
。 肉和骨加水熬湯。 (先少放水煮開倒掉洗淨)再放水熬湯。 20分鍾後把肉取出晾涼切片待用。骨頭繼續熬1+ hr.
。 酸菜洗好,切細絲。炒鍋放油(多些)煸炒片刻。
。高湯熬好,把骨頭撈出, 加入肉片,酸菜。煮10分鍾。加入粉絲再煮3-5分鍾 即可。

天津打鹵麵鹵 (用高湯加肉片,紅燒肉,香菇,木耳,金針菜,油麵筋,腐竹,筍片煮出味道之後勾芡,然後打進蛋花)

哈哈~~心寬胃口好,俺也吃了不少呢。糧油JJ的關心真讓俺感動。
糧油 回複 悄悄話 見到MM安全歸來,得知老父親的身體逐日康複,俺的心放下了,所以特能吃:三碗東北酸菜粉絲湯,兩碗天津打鹵麵。
