2021年是特朗普交“水運”年，2021年1月6日星期三，日語裏是“水曜日”。
特朗普這天進行了“背水之戰”，結果對於川粉來說無疑是“當頭一瓢冷水”， 作為中國“一衣帯水”的鄰邦，日本也非常震撼，沮喪，失落，落膽，稱“寢耳灌水”，因為美日同盟之間的魚心水心（魚水之情）。對於某些玩獨的人來說來說仿佛魚兒離開了水，魚目不見水，遠水難解近渴。對於民主自由的“我田引水”，上手的手漏水。隨方就圓也是水。冰出於水而寒於水。寢耳入水，杯水車薪……。
所有的同黨相繼“反水”，支持者們紛紛“跳水”……。
然而特朗普不是西楚霸王，梅拉尼婭不是虞姬，四麵楚歌，八麵埋伏，特朗普也不會自刎烏江，然而和他切割最早的也是他鍾情的“高爾夫”事業，有意的落花，遇見無情之流水……。
PGA廢棄了2022年全美職業高爾夫比賽與特朗普所擁有的Bedminister球場合同。“The PGA of America Board of Directors voted tonight to exercise the right to terminate the agreement to play the 2022 PGA Championship at Trump Bedminster.” (PGA理事會決議停止2022年全美職業高爾夫賽使用特朗普的貝德米尼斯特球場的合同)。
其背景“It has become clear that conducting the PGA Championship at Trump Bedminister would be detrimental to the PGA of America brand and would put at risk the PGA's ability to deliver on many programs and sustain the longevity of our mission.''(很顯然，在貝德米尼斯特召開全美職業高爾夫球比賽將侵害PGA品牌印象，因為我們要執行許多項目，在擔保我們的使命的永久性上將會有很大的風險)。
PGA的常務理事歐氏說： “We find ourselves in a political situation not of our making. We’re fiduciaries for our members, for the game, for our mission and for our brand. And how do we best protect that? Our feeling was given the tragic events of Wednesday that we could no longer hold it at Bedminster. The damage could have been irreparable. As an organization we have invested many, many millions of dollars in the 2022 PGA Championship at Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster.
