Get in the crunch position. Stack your hands behind your head, roll up and bring ribs down to your belly button. This works the upper abs.

Expert Tips #2: The Twist
仰臥扭轉鍛練
鍛練目標 : 側腹肌肉
With hands behind your head, bring the left knee up to the chest and twist from the abs so your right elbow meets it. Switch and repeat.



Expert Tips #3: The Cobra 眼鏡蛇抬頭:鍛練目標 : 臀肌和上背
Lying face down俯臥, stretch out with hands supporting you, elbows bent at sides. Tuck chin in, lift hands and squeeze your gluteus 臀肌 and upper back..

Brett Hoebel is an international fitness expert and the founder of HoebeL Fitness, a leading edge lifestyle-fitness company that integrates physical well-being, mental clarity and self-empowerment. Martial arts and sports have always been Brett's passions. Starting at an early age, he excelled in karate, tae kwon do, gymnastics, wrestling and lacrosse. In addition, Brett has remained a dedicated science student; after graduating pre-med from Claremont McKenna College, he co-authored several scientific articles and helped lead biomedical research at Princeton University, UCLA and NYU. Brett's devotion to a holistic lifestyle began eight years ago, when he sustained a debilitating injury to his back from kickboxing. Traditional medicine was unsuccessful, so Brett turned to alternative forms of healing. He changed his lifestyle and began a more mindful approach to recovery: proper training, eating healthy, stretching, meditating and accepting the emotional challenges of physical pain.
