一般來講，不成文的規定是，隻要你不上傳與眾多人分享有版權的數據資料（比如電影視頻文件），被抓的概率很小。但如果被抓了，“沒與眾多人分享”並不是可以開脫的合法辯護。因此，大家對從網上下載電影都小心翼翼的。
不過我發現一個有趣的現象，隻要一說是在線看，大家立刻就感覺安全了許多。我猜測大家的想法是，我沒存盤，不關我事。
但從抓的人的角度來看，是不是都有數據下載到某一個IP地址了？他們是否看得出你是存盤了還是沒存？存盤了還是沒存盤，區別真那麽大嗎？哪位大拿給掃掃盲？
