兩天前，本人鬥膽寫了一個中西部投資實例。很多大蝦隨後列出了自己的經驗，讓我受益匪淺。這裏再次拋磚引玉，寫出一個超低端投資房實例，望各位大蝦指教。
美中西部，房子是2臥1廁的單戶。一層帶CRAWSPACE,僅772平方尺。07年底花了一萬四千刀，修了五千刀。隨後又花了大約五千刀修繕，主要是房頂。
