是的，320k,首付20%。租金1700左右/月，200/月PROPERTYTAX,50/月保險。
但是因為是新房子，我需要自己另裝DECK(小的5000塊左右）。自己買冰箱，洗衣機，烘幹機。但是因為是新房子，這個價位好像特別好租。（自己簡單在CRIAGLIST上作了一個測試。）
我的想法是自己先拿出來7.5k付首付和CLOSING,另外的貸款，PROPERTYTAX,保險爭取盡量從租金裏麵[閱讀全文]
