是的,320k,首付20%。租金1700左右/月,200/月PROPERTYTAX,50/月保險。
但是因為是新房子,我需要自己另裝DECK(小的5000塊左右)。自己買冰箱,洗衣機,烘幹機。但是因為是新房子,這個價位好像特別好租。(自己簡單在CRIAGLIST上作了一個測試。)

買此房出租,不適合
