周三早上房子要過戶。
提前一周到網上打了廣告。廣告三天後收到6個聯係的（正好碰上周末）。今天給幾個人都打了電話，預約在周三中午和晚上看房子。房子基本上是可以直接進去居住的狀況。不過，我準備周三下午沿著室內牆根打一遍防蟲藥，做一點TOUCHUP粉刷。
打印了十份申請表，但表上沒注明交表辦法。想求教各位，是不是應該寫上電子信箱還是郵寄地址？如[閱讀全文]

人生第一套房子基本定下了。下一步就是給房子做了徹底檢查。看房子中見到一個房子的房檢報告很不錯。不僅僅是一般的檢查，我看到裏邊包括上房頂，走閣樓，白蟻照片等。於是這次直接給代理說請這個。果然價格不菲，$525+50白蟻=575.
8：30就開始了檢查，我請半天假，準備全程跟蹤。後來發現沒啥用，看完地基我走了。12:30我回去，還剩一點沒查完。就直接交錢，讓他[閱讀全文]

這幾天看出價一個DUPLEX。賣家不在本州，據說是他們要在別處投資商業大樓，就賣了這裏的房產。因為他們沒有住過，所以連DISCLOSURE都沒有。進去看房後覺得滿意。然後出價，現在簽了合同交了押金1000.主要過程如下：
賣家2005年買入185000，2014年四月要加189900，然後一路降價到8月的174900.
我從開始出價152000，到最後170000買入.
