一直引以為豪的就是保持一頭黑發.........100%organic.........
1.充足的睡眠
2.健康的飲食,就是好吃(新鮮的,五穀雜糧的,少鹽的,豐富蛋白質的....食不厭精;切忌暴食暴飲)
3.好動多動.
4.崇尚自然.
5.微笑減壓
5.遺傳(最重要的秘訣)BTW,
長白發最大的一個原因就是--遺傳
