醃豬排： 把整板的豬排用菜油、steakseasoning,耗油醃製2小時。注意，絕對不能cutporkrib,否則，水分流失了。本人及不喜歡老美的BBQ靠醬（太甜）。
開烤，每麵10分鍾，大火，goldenbrown,千萬別燒焦了。
