Dryer working fine. The vent is clogged and the wasp have built a nest on top of the flapper outside and the flapper is not opening at all.

我約了明天Pest control來處理Wasp， 然後再打算請Vent cleaning service。

租客今晚反複說他自己清潔了Vent， 要換烘幹機。 （2周前就開始說烘幹機壞，一直要求換）

好幾個月前洗衣機壞了，我好心請人去修了。

洗衣機和烘幹機是一體的，要換就得一起換。

我該怎麽回複租客？
