恭喜: Sounds like a New Grad Rotational Development Program
Master Program.

New Graduate Rotational Development Programs are structured, paid job rotations for recent college graduates to gain broad experience across different departments or business units within a company. Over a defined period, typically one to three years, participants work in various roles, receiving formal training, mentorship, and targeted experiences to help them develop skills and identify their ideal career path within the organization. These programs are often a strategy for large companies to recruit and cultivate future leaders.
-
Participants rotate through different job assignments for a set period, often 6 months to a year per rotation.
-
These are full-time, paid employment opportunities, not unpaid internships.
-
Programs typically include formal training, ongoing mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
-
Graduates gain in-depth experience in multiple areas of a business, allowing them to explore different functions and business units.
-
The primary goal is to develop skills and prepare participants for permanent placement into leadership or specialist roles within the company.
-
Companies usually recruit for these programs in the fall semester of the academic year, so planning ahead is important.
-
Allows new graduates to try different roles and determine where their skills and interests are best suited.
-
Provides diverse experiences and formal training to build a broad skill set.
-
Offers opportunities to build professional relationships across different departments and with leaders.
-
Develops potential leaders and specialists in an accelerated timeframe compared to a standard entry-level role.
-
Creates a consistent pipeline of skilled, well-rounded employees ready for leadership positions.
-
Helps graduates understand how different parts of the business operate, fostering better collaboration.
-
By providing a clear path for development and growth, companies can improve long-term retention.
