Too much outside influence

Before the Internet, outside influence stopped at the door. The child had time by himself.

Now, He is "outside" all the time.

The "self" doesn't get a peaceful environment to develop.

Then, the self acts up.

 

Read the Bible, children's version. So the self gets an anchor.
