TX residents likely end up at MS in TX

Admissions committee at medical schools excluding low to average PRIVATE medical schools presumably recognises that TX Medical schools recruit Texans. In other words, they don't want to extend many IIs to Texans who apply for MD only....there is no issues with MDPHD
