M, S, H have the best entrepreneurship education programs among top schools in the world, in addition to the top 3 super brand in higher education worldwide. 

Graduates of each of the three schools have created companies with total combined revenues of over $2 trillion. No other schools can even come close.

Gold standard.

It's a huge leg up from UCB MET program. (Yes, MET is going to get you a very decent and well-paid job).

For CA student, if the goal is a decent job and saving tuition, UCB MET is enough, probably even more than enough.

But the cost difference is really only $150K. For that money, M is well worth it for all the additional doors it opens wide for students.
