Officials indicated on Monday that a meeting would be held between American and Russian senior officials including their top diplomats, to improve the relationship of the two countries and to negotiate an end of Ukraine war, which will be the most significant bilateral meeting since Moscow lauched a full-scale invasion into its neighboring country almost three years ago.
