特地問了一下

...was wearing black nylons ..., and high heels on the bottom 說得過去（makes sense),但不是很好的formal表達。

"bottom" in the context可解為：bottom of nylons. 但說onthebottom（not specifying "bottom of what",還可能指booty, so, so...:))

我記得以前看過, 就這麽用了。（沒想到自己理解得僅半瓶貨）
直接。。with heels就forma&simple.

也未必正確，僅供參考啦。
