~~~中國風，迎新春~~~
春節到了，找一找家裏的中國元素。很慚愧地說春節的裝飾比聖誕節少，可轉念一想，我的中國風裝飾是常年的擺設，已經融入日常的生活了。四處看一看，這些年千辛萬苦從國內背來了不少寶貝；也有一些是在這裏逛店淘來的。剛來美國時，驚詫於那麽多商品made in China，跟先生說快看快看，他說，下次碰到不是made in China你再告訴我吧，全都是中國製造啊。我自然也被店裏那些充滿中國元素的商品吸引著，搬一些絢麗多彩的盆盆罐罐回家來。
有結婚時親友送的來自琉璃廠的雙麵繡，國畫，有表哥給我的紫砂茶壺，有爸媽幫我挑選的瓷器，景泰藍，還有回國背來的唐三彩，風箏，等等。。。
美語壇中西節日活動從感恩節，聖誕節，元旦，春節，一直延續到元宵節，那一天也正是2月14情人節。在貝卡一篇春節風情裏，我們留言時說，

以下為送美壇活動寫幾句：The Year of the Horse is coming, I look around the house to try to find some Chinese elements, here they are! Frankly I have more Christmas decorations than Spring Festival ones. On the other hand, my Chinese vases and horses are on the shelves all year round, blended in everyday life.
Some of these were my wedding gifts, some were given to me by my beloved cousin. When I first came to the U.S., I was so excited to see so many merchandise made in China, "look, look!" I exclaimed. My hu*****and said, "Well sweetie, next time let me know when they are not made in China." Everything is Made in China! I happily bring home flower pots from home depot, they are so colorful, suit for a Chinese home!
