Cold-blooded is certainly better and safe than "Cold blood" as an adjective. Using noun phrase as an adjective is risky indeed.

I have always loved visual arts. Movies are part of my spiritual and artistic food.:)

This movie is another serious one which attracts very few young viewers. As far as Art, film and poetic visual language go, this is a masterpiece!
