In Chinese history, it happens again and again that good people were misable but bad people were very lucky.

Just look at Yue Fei and Qin Hui. A good example in our time is Li Peng and Zhao Ziyang. 

Very likely, Xi Jinping will remain in power for a long time although I do wish he goes home now.
