請問有經驗的朋友：中國護照美國探親簽證可以去Grand Cayman（不需簽證）？

在Cayman Islands政府網站上看的信息不太確定我理解對了：

如果是中國護照，這個是可以免簽證的：you are resident in the United States of America; and you arrive directly from that country; and you produce on arrival a valid United States Alien Registration Card; and you produce on arrival a return or round trip ticket to the United States.

沒有特別指美國永久居民。不知道Alien Registration Card是什麽。多謝！
