I can comment on "R: I believe US people can compete with anybody. O: Some jobs are not coming back."

R is correct if the country run with his idea (long term): reduce free hand out and people will not rely on government. They have to improve themself and work harder to compete.

O is correct if the country run with his ieda (long term): people will rely on government free hand out and have a good living. Why improve the ability and work hard? So the jobs will not come back.
