Every time there is a market sell off, JEPI won't recover

Every time there is a market sell off, JEPI won't recover to previous high.

2022: High was $64. Recovered to $61

2025: High was $61. Recovered to $57

The payout gets lower and lower. 

There would be a turning point that it cannot sustain even 4% payout.
