Not precise math (maybe someone with better math to help) ..

Say NVDA drops 40% from 100 to 60.  NVDL will drop 80% (let's say from 40 to 8)

Now, NVDA comes back from 60 to 100, that is 66% gain. NVDL gain 132% and will be 20 maybe?
