哪個 home Warranty company 比較好？

我知道，大多數不喜歡home warranty company， 但是，俺沒辦法，我在外州，有些出租房空調有點舊了，聲音比較大，怕哪天就突然壞掉。我個人覺得：

choice home warranty, 是最爛的，不予考慮。

total home protection 也一樣，不用考慮。

American Home shield, 覺得還可以，有問題的基本都修了，唯一的問題是，如果換空調，它的limited 好像是 $1500, freon 限製一磅 $15, its contractor will charge $80-90 per lb. customer has to pay the difference.

First American family 有可以，但是，一般不包括 空調，除非空調跟heater是同一個，否則空調要另加錢。

我查了一下這個論壇的曆史，有人提到select  home warranty, and Fidelity Home Warranty, 不知道怎麽樣？

還有沒有其他也可以考慮的？對我來說，空調是最重要的。謝謝。
