All of the photos are taken hand hold. The camera has to foll

it's very hard to use a tripod, unless the birds are far away, and you are using the 400MM + big guns. All of the photos shown here are taken with my 70_200MM F2.8 lens.

The aperture vary from F4 to F7.1, so I can keep the shutter speed at 1/800 or above.

Sometime I do use 1/250", 1/400" to blur the wings intentionally, to create a more dramatic effect.
